About Meg

I am passionate about seeing individuals flourish in their daily lives and find their personal power within. I am a coach and licensed professional counselor with a Masters in Counseling that I received in 2013. Since then, I have dedicated my career to helping people move through their pain and lead fulfilling, embodied lives.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience working with addiction recovery, trauma and crisis counseling, global humanitarian workers, and individuals working within the anti-human trafficking movement. My work in these areas has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the complex issues we as humans face and to sit with the deep pain and suffering exists in the world. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where my clients can exhale and begin to find safety within themselves and within the world again.
